SHIPPING

FRAMES & FIREARMS

All frames and/or firearms being shipped to us, can be shipped to us either through your local FFL, or via UPS or FedEx. Our suggestion is UPS based on our local delivery schedule. You also must ship your firearm(s) via 2-Day or Overnight. The easiest way is to have your local FFL handle all of the shipping for you with their carrier of choice. If you have a local FFL already and need to provide them our FFL information, please have them contact us at [email protected] for any needed information. Please have them also include a copy of your order and order number along with a copy of your drivers license.

 

If you shipped a frame to us for stipple and/or Cerakote work, we will ship the components back to your FFL or original ship from address once your order is complete. We will not return ship your completed order to an address different than the ship from address.

ACCESSORIES & APPAREL

If you are shipping us accessories for laser or Cerakote work and they are not considered a firearm by the ATF, you can ship those directly to us. Some of these items include slides, barrels, handguards, stocks, upper receivers, etc.

RETURN POLICY

FRAMES & FIREARMS

Because each firearm stipple and/or Cerakote job is unique to each customer and a hand done process, there are not returns or refunds on stipple work.

ACCESSORIES & APPAREL

If you are interested in returning an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery of that item. Once we receive it, you will be issued a refund on the returned items. These items must be unused and without signs of use. If you elect to return an item for a reason that is not a result of our error, you may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you elect to cancel and order, we understand, however in order to retain our costs for credit card processing fees, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. This is simply to cover the costs incurred by Merchant Services.
