FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

At this time we do not. To put it simply, the chemical make up of different color frames alter the properties of the polymer making it more challenging to laser. However we are always doing R&D and will gladly offer up laser services on different polymer colors once we feel comfortable doing so and the demand is there.

Custom work is anything that is above and beyond what we currently offer in our standard packages. This could be adding logos, layouts, one-of-a-kind patterns, etc. However, most often if you want a pattern that we feel could be used or introduced in our standard line up, we are happy to do so and not have you incur the hourly fee for custom. We bill custom work on an hourly rate and it varies depending on complexity of the project.

Of coarse. However you need to do so as quickly as possible. If you are dropping off your frame in person, you have until you deliver to make any changes you want. A lot of times customers make last minute changes when they drop off. If you are shipping, you need to get in contact with us right away. Reach out to us and see where we are in the process of your order. The best thing to do however is to get in contact with us before you place an order and we would be happy to help get you set up with the right set-up initially.

Yes. If you didn’t know, we also can supply you with just about any brand of aftermarket part you might be looking at from triggers to red dots. Regardless of where you buy your parts/accessories, we are happy to install them for you for free if you are getting additional work done with us. Just our little way of saying thank you for being our customer.

That is really up to you. Obviously we will need the specific part we are going to be working on. However, we love firearms just as much as the next guy so if you want to send out your full build to us, we would love to shoot some photos of it and get everything reassembled for you when we deliver it back. We love seeing a full build come together!

Not everyone has the same set of skills and background in firearms. We would be happy to disassemble your frame for you and even show you what to do or what tools you need. If you are dropping off in person, we are happy to teach/show you right then and there. If you are shipping, we would be happy to face time with you and go through it step by step if that is something you want to do. We would not feel right charging for this kind of service.

No. Because we are not an FFL 07, building a rifle is not something we are permitted to do. We would be happy to order any components you might need in order to build and assemble your own, but we cannot build one from the ground up for you. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out to us.
